1. Security Program Scope
Jobilight uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and application data against unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure.
2. Authentication and Access Controls
Access to production systems and user data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel with a legitimate operational need.
3. Monitoring, Logging, and Incident Response
We monitor services for suspicious activity and follow a response process to investigate and mitigate potential security incidents.
4. Infrastructure and Data Protection
Data protection includes transport security, access limitations, and operational controls. Detailed control mappings and certifications should be listed only if formally achieved and maintained.
5. Vulnerability Reporting
To report a security issue, contact contact@karusystems.com with reproduction details. Please do not include sensitive data beyond what is necessary to investigate the issue.
6. Shared Responsibility
Users are responsible for strong passwords, account hygiene, and prompt reporting of suspicious account activity. Security is a shared responsibility between platform and user.
