By creating an account, accessing, or using Jobilight, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including trial and paid users.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Jobilight only for lawful purposes. You must not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, or submit harmful content.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on Jobilight are owned by or licensed to Jobilight and protected by intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, no rights are granted to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.
5. Fees, Billing, and Premium Access
Paid features and pricing are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription and payment terms, including taxes and refunds, must be completed with final legal review before production.
6. Service Availability and Disclaimer
Jobilight is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobilight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Final liability caps and jurisdiction clauses should be finalized by legal counsel.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing law, venue, and dispute resolution terms must be finalized based on your operating entity and target markets. Insert final legal language before production launch.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
